interlude with words from Jesus, eric dowsett, fionntáin and Monty python

The body is an aerial tuned to the frequency of spirit and matter. It translates the information it picks up from its environment and converts that information into chemicals, which look for receptors on your cells, tuned only to their frequency, addicted only to that frequency, which translate into physical sensations and emotional feelings.

‘As long as we maintain the attitude that we are separate, isolated individuals, not connected in any way to our external environment, it is difficult to even begin to accept that we can be influenced by this environment’ Eric Dowsett, ‘the moment that matters’

We seem to experience ‘feeling’ constantly, the easy ones flow through us beautifully. Those which get blocked….these we label as uncomfortable, depressing, sickening, etc.

Ask yourself, where are these feelings coming from? Are they yours? If its the environment that stimulates the sensation, and we are simply aerials tuned to the frequency of spirit and matter, receivers of information, maybe then feelings and physical sensatio
ns are just more information passing through. If we chose to hang onto feelings, capture them, dwell on them, we find ourselves getting bogged down. Our natural state is to receive, to feel, to allow what we have received, to give it away, let go and move on. Consider our children. Children effortlessly, feel, allow, let go and move on.

‘And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven’ Matthew 18:3

‘Consider how the lilies grow. They don’t work or spin yarn, but I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them’   luke 12:27

‘And now for something completely different’
